It’s been a busy week. I haven’t had a day off in a few weeks. So I’m planning a field trip after my run on Thursday. A drive up to SLO maybe? Need a day to decompress:-) Any ideas are welcome!!
Workout totals from last Sunday – Saturday (Saturday is rest day), 19.83 miles. 45 minutes of hiking, arm and leg weight lifting at the gym, 1 1/2 hours of elliptical. I need to fix my schedule. Weds hard leg workout makes Thursday’s run suck rocks!!
In sewing I’ve finished 3 running tutus , a cotehardie. Next week’s sewing will be working on family garb and starting on the art projects with Morgan. Soft sculptures and monster dice bags:-) & it looks like I will be making some more running tutus now. Love that!!!
